LOVE IT!
My two-and-a-half year old daughter started
bouncing along on the couch as we watched
the video. She loved all of the New York
things -- the cabs, the elevators, the bus.
Great music that's fun for parents, too!

Dear Away-We-Go:
This wonderful sing-along video was the
perfect introduction to travel for my kids.
This year was the first time my sons Lennon
3 1/2 and Monte 1 1/2 had ever traveled.
We were on the road for over three months
with Adam while he was shooting the Rent
movie, and it was so great for the boys
to see that they are not alone in their
adventures. Away-we-go makes travel seem
exciting and fun for children, and helps
put to rest any lingering fears they might
have about being away from home. It's a
highly entertaining and useful teaching
tool for any family planning to travel with
children. My kids watched it over and over
again, learning the words to the songs and
dancing along. Thanks for the ride, Away-we-go! |

We loved it! Oona (2 1/2)
was riveted and told her brother all about
it when he got home from camp--she's been
talking about Newt ever since. Owen (almost
6) thought it was "cool "and really
liked the plane at the end--They both loved
seeing the old checker cab--they had a great
time. It's the kind of entertainment we
all like--they have fun and dance around

We love Away We Go!! The
music is fabulous and the good vibe is contagious.
You just can't help but sing along! Newt,
Casey and Samantha's lives in New York are
so different from ours in Atlanta -- it's
really fun to go through the day with them
and imagine what it would be like to live
in a building with an elevator, hop in a
cab or ride the bus around town. Personally,
I can't get enough of the dancing in the
elevator - just thinking about it puts a
smile on my face and a little boogie in
my step. All families will love this sweet

I purchased this video for my daughter after seeing it mentioned in the documentary about Jonathan Larson that was included with the RENT DVD. I was thrilled! My daughter has been watching it for months now and she LOVES it! She will walk over to the entertainment center and point to the DVD case and say "Go, go." She especially likes to dance along to the songs. I love watching her enjoy. |
